Join me for a nature walk with a little extra spice. We’ll be throwing in bodyweight fitness exercises to really get the heart, lungs and skeletal muscles going. After we’ve got it all warmed up we’ll take it back down with gentle yoga stretches and some mindfulness meditation, to bring focus to in and acknowledge the wonders that our bodies are capable of.
