Kara-Leah believes breath is the most important element of her teaching because it is through breath that we connect to awareness. Through this connection, we discover that our bodies contain infinite wisdom that knows how to systematically release the accumulated tension of a lifetime - Prana. In Kara-Leah's classes, you’ll learn how to connect to your breath in a deep and on-going way via a focus on breath-led movement and exploration, and vinyasa sequencing.
